Where: Saint Louis City Hall Rotunda
What:  One of the region’s most prominent cooking competitions

When: January 26, 2013, Noon – 4:00 p.m

Parking will be available in the City Hall lot.

The Crystal Cajun Cook-Off features ten professional and ten amateur chefs competing in respective categories for the title of best Cajun/Creole dish.

Due to city of St. Louis Department of Health policies attendees are not able to sample the fare prepared by the competing chefs. However, attendees receive four tickets to sample Cajun/Creole specialties prepared by a catering company. Additional food sample tickets are available for purchase at the event.

In addition to the four sample tickets attendees also can partake in unlimited samples of Bud Light beer, Southern Comfort Hurricanes, and soft drinks.

Attendees receive a link to an online recipe book from each of the chefs in the competition and coupon for a free 6 or 12 ounce bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce.
