Snowman Softball Tournament to Benefit the Police Athletic League (PAL):
January 17th-18th, Central Fields in Forest Park, from 7:30am-dusk
Co-eds tournament on Saturday, January 17th and Men’s tournament on Sunday, January 18

Softball in January with Mardi Gras beads - And for a good cause. what could be better? Heat you say? We’ll have a fire pit at every field.
What is it?
The region’s premier winter softball tournament featuring over 100 teams playing in two separate divisions (Men’s and Co-ed) for the coveted Bud Light PAL Trophy and recognition as the Champions of their respective division. We play in all weather- SNOW or SHINE!!! The tournament uses ASA rules to govern play. Games last five innings or 45 minutes, which ever comes first. There is a 10-run mercy rule.
How Much is it?
Entery is $125 per team before October 31, 2014 and $150 post-October 31st. You can register by calling 314-771-5110. We accept cash, check, or credit card for payment.

What can I do?
If you are looking to get your softball fix, enjoy a good party atmospher, and have a team sign up by calling 314-771-5110 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t have a team but want to come out and watch some great competitive softball played in winter conditions, then join us in Hoghead’s Bar & Grill. Hoghead is a climate-controlled environment with a great view of all the softball action with food and beverages available for purchase and big screen tvs showcasing all the sporting action of the day. Proceeds from Hoghead also benefit PAL.
What is the Police Athletic League?
PAL is a not-for-profit organization that provides postitive character building after-school athletic activities for at-risk youth, which are coached by police officers who volunteer their time, thus giving them a positive interaction with law enforcement. Their motto is we fill playgrounds not prisons!
